Stinky Spoke is a 15-year-old annual mountain bike ride that starts at Willows Run Golf Complex and winds its way 20 miles up Heart Attack Hill, on the Tolt Pipeline Trail to Redmond Ridge, through Farrel-McWhirter Park, and to the Sammamish River Trail and back to Willows Run. It's a poker ride with riders picking up playing cards to form the best poker hands along the way for prizes. There are several traditions like medallions for those successfully riding up Heart Attack Hill, with warming drinks at the top. There are hot potatoes with Sriracha at the Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center stop in Farrel-McWhirter Park. You'll enjoy hot food and cold beverages at the ride's end while comparing notes from muddy riding apparel.
