We'll meditate for 15 minutes and then drink coffee, outside. No experience with meditation is required, in fact beginners are encouraged to join. We'll do a brief intro into the meditation and offer a (completely optional) simple meditation technique each time. Bring something to sit on if you like, and a coffee making device of your choice (or just bring it with you).
Meet at 7:30am, meditation starts at 7:45am, chatting by ~8am.
We will check if folks are vaxxed and likely be un-masked, but please message me ahead of time if you have any concerns.
