You are welcome to go on a solo mission and wait at the planned restroom/food stop(s) OR ride together with me towards the back.
Emphasis on sustaining your own endurance pace (minimum 12 mph on flats recommended), regroup at top of hills, and personal responsibility for mechanicals and medical issues required. Brief stops for bathroom and food will be announced.
