6th happy hour and this time on an island!
Summer has officially arrived in Seattle and what better place to celebrate then overlooking the water at the Arboretum. No stores nearby, so make sure to do you shopping ahead of time, and bathrooms are located in the “Washington Park Arboretum UW Botanic Gardens” building (about a 9 minute ride from our location).
Getting to the spot: it's pretty easy to find once you’re in the Arboretum. Take the Foster Point Trail to its northern terminus and you find the spot at the end of the trail directly beside the water. There’s limited seating, so being a chair or blanket for a good old fashioned picnic. Bonus points if you come wearing your favorite Hawaiian shirt or straw hat!
Show up and leave whenever. BYOB.
