BIKE HAPPY HOUR IS CANCELLED DUE TO TOO MUCH RAIN
Your host this week is Jonathan McCurdy, last time I hosted, we also met in Eastlake. Guess I have a thing for Eastlake parks with docks/boat launches.
There are a few reasonable options within the lower park to congregate; it should be obvious where people are as it is not overly large. Plan to meet at the cluster of benches close to the P-Patch, at the single picnic table, or if the weather allows, perhaps down at the boat launch!
There is a bodega called Hamlins Market and Deli around the corner from the park with Boar's Head sandwiches and adequate beverage selection if you don't have anything you want to bring from home.
I'll be hosting a short ride to the park from U District Light Rail Station at 5:45pm for those who would like to meet me there.
