This one’s last minute but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m aching for some happy times, so let’s get happy together! The spot is a repeat: the wonderful Fremont Peak Park.
Closest store is Marketime Foods on Fremont Ave a few blocks away. They’ve got great beverage options, too!
Getting to the spot: I recommend coming from the North on 45th. It’s a steep hill down from the park so the climb will be much nicer if you avoid riding up Palatine and instead use any of the streets East and parallel to Palatine.
Show up and leave whenever. BYOB. There are no restrooms at the park. Closest restrooms are at the businesses on Fremont Ave between 41st and 43rd.
Optional social ride with Zach leaving at 5pm
If you’re interested, Zach will be leading a casual 12-14mph 9ish mile social ride from Free Range Cycles leaving at 5pm. The ride will not be going directly to the spot.
