Tuesday night's ride is led by the two featured partners of Momentum, Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance and Bikeworks.
It's time to dust off your gravel bikes and mountain bikes, because we're headed to South Seattle to explore the Cheasty mountain bike trails. Cheasty is one of the few urban mountain bike trail networks in the US and built and maintained through the amazing work of Evergreen.
We'll meet at Bikeworks, head over to explore, socialize, and lap the trails for an hour before ending the evening at Aslan Brewing’s Seward Park location for food and beverages.
Lastly: this is one of the rides in our Momentum punch card series. Every Momentum ride you attend earns one entry into a raffle to win a Zwift Bike ($1300+ value), and whoever attends the most rides gets 5 bonus entries. The Zwift raffle will be held at the Momentum Film Night on Friday, August 7th and you must be present to win.

Safety: safety is our top priority and in a large group that takes all of us. Our ride leaders can't see everything, so we ask that riders look out for each other. That means kindly calling out hazards, pointing out anything unsafe, riding 2x2 when on the road to and from the trail, and offering friendly support to newer riders. We want this to be a welcoming group for all abilities.
If you're new to group riding, check out our community safety guide in our Strava bio and ask questions of your fellow riders. We will also review basic cycling etiquette before each ride and are always around for any and all questions. Group rides are one of the best parts of cycling. We don't want concerns to keep anyone from giving it a try.
Ride support: We ask all riders to help keep the group safe. Call things out, help explain things to newer riders, and stay in the bike lane or to the right of the road if we’re taking up the lane. If you’re interested in helping out, please find us before or after the ride.
Gear: Bike (e-bikes welcome), helmet, ID, flat kit, headlight, and taillight required. Fenders appreciated if it's raining. Ride waiver. Everyone must complete the Brevay ride waiver before joining a ride. It only needs to be filled out once: https://forms.gle/aoMFJ6iiFYvc2csK7
