This is a Sound Break Signature Ride, the first ride for the Grand Opening of our new space in Pioneer Square on August 8th.
Ride Level: Intermediate. Gear: Gravel/Adventure bikes with tires 42mm to 55mm/2.2” with low gears for punchy climbs. Soundtrack: Meditation No. 1, Laraaji & Brian Eno
Meetup at Sound Break in RailSpur Alley, Pioneer Square, at 8:45am. Depart on 9:35a ferry to Winslow, return by 3:45p
An OMTM-led Tour de Island of Grand Forests and Sound views. With an eye towards single tracks via dappled portals & green zone connectors, this route centers a full flavored ride experience with short stops along the way to take in snacks and island gems.
There is a shorter demi version that cuts off about about an hour and twenty minutes if needed, otherwise plan to jump onto the 3p ferry back to Seattle for the Sound Break Bike House Grand Opening celebration.
